The Institute of Informatics and Development (IID) is committed to ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone connected to its work. To uphold this commitment and in line with the 2009 High Court guidelines on preventing sexual harassment, IID has established a Sexual Harassment Complaints Committee (SHCC) as an independent and confidential mechanism to prevent misconduct, respond to complaints, and promote a culture of dignity and accountability across the organization.
