Aruja Islam is working as a Research Assistant at IID. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is currently pursuing her Master’s. She previously worked for BBC Media Action and Apon Foundation as a qualitative data enumerator, research assistant, and content writer before joining IID. Her current research interest includes education, migration, child labor, and gender-based violence.
