Aiming to serve Bangladeshi labour migrants in each and every corner of the world, IID released ‘বিভুঁই’ (Bibhui) in iOS app store, an app that provides feasible solution to most conventional migration related problems, with just one click. It will allow aspirant migrants to know all the decision making aspects of labour migration from planning about going abroad to staying abroad and safely returning home again. It also provides emergency contact information of technical training centers, DEMO (District Manpower Office), Bangladesh embassies etc. among other features.
But the most prominent feature of the app is allowing victims of labour migration process to lodge complains about recruiting agencies, training centers, middleman etc. that will directly be linked to BMET’s (Bangladesh Manpower, Employment & Training) website.
While there are other apps currently in the market that provides labour migration related information ‘বিভুঁই’ (Bibhui) received positive feedback and praise upon initial review, for its offline content availability and easy user interface.
