25 young leaders from across the country attended the ToT on PolicyCampX

The training enabled the youth leaders with necessary skills to go back to their districts and host PolicyCampX and train the youth in their respective localities.

The key focus of the ToT was to build capacity of these young leaders so that they can facilitate the PolicyCampX, which is a hybrid version of the Policy Camp that will have online and face to face training components.

The training had different sessions on pre, during and post policy camp work, for example how they will select volunteers, ensuring GESI while selecting trainees, get them enrolled for the online courses, monitor their learning, provide a day-long face to face learning sharing session, documentation of the training, managing logistics and finally, keeping them involved after the training ends.
