Abdullah Al Kafee, Member, Communist Party of Bangladesh attended our 9th Policy Breakfast on Urban Primary Health Care held on July 28, 2016. He said, Policy Breakfast is a perfect forum for the activists and policy makersto debate and discuss. Among many policy suggestions, one of them was to suggest the private clinics to provide free health care services to 10% of total patients.
He said there were two main take away points from today’s event. Firstly, if government can rightly implement the policy of suggesting the private clinics to provide free health care services to 10% of total patients and secondly, popularizing the slogan “Healthy Dhaka”.
He praised IID’s Policy Breakfast series and thanked the organizers by talking about the necessity of this type of event at present.
