- Brainstorm and Coordinate with Creative and Research teams in generating and pursuing good ideas for audio-visual content production.
- Reviewing shooting script and designing production plan.
- Going in the field for filming and documenting, if and when required.
- Ensure all photo and video equipment are used properly and order supplies as needed.
- Review photos, edit and make necessary changes.
- Reviewing raw material (footage) in drafting the structure of a narrative.
- Editing and finalizing any audio-visual production and ensuring publication quality.
- Ensure all assignments are shot and edited on time for publication.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- No Educational background is required. we prefer only skill.
Photography:
- Photography skill with sound knowledge of Photo Editing in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.
Video Production:
- Sound knowledge of DSLR and Mobile Videography skills.
- Excellent Video Editing skills using Adobe Premier Pro and/or other video editing software.
- Skills in Adobe After Effects will be a plus, but not mandatory.
- 01– 02 year of experience in relevant field
- Good sense of design aesthetics, branding and social media trends and visual storytelling.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in both Bengali and English.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, pay attention to details, meet deadlines, maintain accuracy and confidentiality in performing responsibilities.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a team setting.
