Honerable Deputy Speaker of Bangladesh Parliament, Advocate Fazle Rabbi Miah, MP is sharing his experience of MP Connect program that took place during the 9th Parliament. The experience sharing roundtable took place on 27 March 2014. Dnet was the program partner for this program which IID researched and implemented. It was supported by the Asia Foundation, USAid and UKAid.
The Deputy Speaker spoke highly of the program and mentioned that the program should be scaled up to include more MPs. It was followed by a lively question-answer session where Syeed Ahamed, CEO of IID, explained how the program was developed and implemented. Dr Ananya Raihan of Dnet Chaired the session.
It can be mentioned that, IID is carrying on a modified version of the program as “Hello MP” of the MPs of the current parliament.
